I found this recipe at Tops market. This recipe is Courtesy Of California Strawberry Commission. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
- 10 ounces canned crushed pineapple in juice
- 6 ounces ice
- 4 ounces strawberries
- 4 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 3 ounces cream of coconut
- In blender container combine ingredients. Blend until smooth.
- Serve in a frosted glass.
Great flavor! tastes like a Lavaflow wihout the rum
