These are so simple to make and oh so yummy!
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 store bought shortcakes
- 1 (7 ounce) canmoist flaked coconut
- 1 1⁄2 pints strawberries
- Beat cheese with sugar, milk and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Frost the shortcakes with cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle generously with coconut.
- Fill with fresh whole or sliced strawberries.
