Got this is from Eating Well magazine
- 2 1⁄2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 3 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 cups ice cubes
- 3⁄4 cup Malibu rum
- Combine strawberries, sugar and lime juice together in a blender until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and rum; blend until frothy.
