ingredients

• 1 package sugar-free instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
• 1 1 cup even liquid yogurt or 1 cup milk
• 1 3⁄4 cups reduced fat whipped cream or 1 3/4 cups whipped topping
• add chopped nuts, if desired,but not too many.
• blackberries or raspberries, whole

directions

1. Blend the pudding mix and the milk in a mixing bowl, fold in the whipped cream.
2. Serve with berries.
