Another absolute favourite- Big time!
- 400 g fresh strawberries, cored save one for garnish
- 1 cup soymilk, light vanilla flavoured
- 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
- 200 g low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 frozen banana
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
- Pour into a glass, garnish with a strawberry and serve.
