Cheesecake in a glass.
- 473.18 ml sliced fresh strawberries
- 118.29 ml cream cheese
- 59.14 ml skim milk
- 44.37 ml powdered sugar
- 473.18 ml strawberry ice cream, slightly softened
- In a blender container, combine all ingredients except ice cream; blend well.
- Add ice cream; blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
I am now the coolest person on my street! Thank you! Everyone was blown away at how good this is and think I am a total genius!!! I followed Bri22's suggestion and put grahm cracker crumbs on the rim of the glass and I dipped a strawberry in powdered sugar and placed it on the rim. This was sooooo easy and so good.
This shake is sooo bad.....for my butt! It was so good I slurped it down in 3 minutes just to have my three year old say "wub abut me mommy?" Bad thing is I didn't want to share! I rimmed the glass with grahm cracker crumbs for more of a cheesecake effect. Definately worked. Thanks Bliss!
I felt like spoiling myself, so I made up a batch of these for breakfast. What a great one it was too! I used ff cream cheese to cut some of the fat. I made it into 3 small servings, so I didn't have all the calories at once! Smart thinking ha? :)
