This main cheesecake recipe is something I've been searching for for years. I tasted on like this a long, long time ago and haven't found anything like it since. I was always thinking "this is good, but not as good" until now. Thank you for allowing me to love cheesecake again.

This was a light and more of a mild tasting cheesecake. I really liked it. This one's a keeper.

I was thrilled with this recipe - I loved it. Low fat, simple, light and really delicious. I spread raspberry jam on top when I served it. Can't wait to make it again. Thanks for posting this!

Very good cheesecake and so easy!!! I used blueberries and strawberries mixed. I also put my fruit in a bowl and mixed the jelly with the fruit before putting it on the cheesecake. Very nice summer recipe. Also, the lemon rind was really nice so I recommend not leaving it out.

Great cheesecake! I made my crustless, baked it for the 40 minutes and let it cool. They only thing I'll change is to not put the topping on the day before serving. My jam got a bit runny on top, but it still tasted great! It'll definately become my go to cheesecake recipe.

The ease of preparation alone made me try this one, but the taste is what brings me back every time. Try this in a mini muffin pan with cookie dough for the "crust"... DELICIOUS!!

How can you go wrong? This deserves 5 stars for ease in preparation alone; however, it does taste so delicious. I used my Graham-cracker Crust (microwave) Graham-cracker Crust (microwave) for the crust. I used a combination of Splenda and sugar in the pie and glazed it with strawberry fruit spread without added sugar. Everyone really enjoyed it and there is none left.
