  1. What a wonderful cheesecake recipe Fouzia Parkar. We really enjoyed this simple cheesecake, it was perfect, great flavor and awesome textures. I garnished with homemade strawberry preserves. Thank you so much for sharing this treat.

  2. What a great recipe - my cheesecake turned out the be a hit! I made it for my mom's b-day and she LOVED it! I've made it 3 times now and will continue to use it in the future. I used the glaze from this recipe for the finishing touch: http://www.recipezaar.com/Strawberry-Cheesecake-1149

  4. I made this for a family gathering & it was a HUGE hit. Everyone said this was the BEST cheesecake they'd ever had & absolutely the yummiest crust too. This was the 1st cheesecake I've ever made & it was soooo easy. I added a little whip cream, which gave it such nice presentation. Everybody requested the recipe & I am planning to make it again, SOON!!! FYI...my hubby hates cheesecake & REALLY enjoyed it.

  5. My first cheesecake! I love the dense texture and the crumbs (yum yum, I am GOOD:):):). I used 9' springform pan and it was...a little "shorter" than I had expected: less like those NY style but more the size of a pie. But hey, it's the quality that matters. I actually used a juice blender mixing the cream cheese. I added a little milk to get the machine going, and I got creamy airy textured cheesecake. Good recipe!
