Strawberry Cheeseball #2

"A great Appetizer. for parties, holidays cocktail hour. I created this last night by combining 2 recipes. Tell me what you think or help make it perfect with your review. By Debbie 12/11"

• Ingredients: 7
• Yields: 1 ball
• Serves: 8-12

ingredients

• 2 cream cheese
• 1 strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert (not sugar free)
• 4 frozen strawberries, sliced (option)
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 cup vanilla
• 1⁄8 cup powdered sugar
• 1⁄4 cup margarine or 1/4 cup butter

directions

1. *********stir well all ingredients. or use mixer on low .I used a wooden spoon not to break strawberries on add them last*******Re fridge for 2-3 hours, this will stay pretty soft. Mound it plate or cup. sprinkle with crushed grahams(i like the cinnamon ones) crushed vanilla wafers,or shortbread. serve with one of this. Or you can leave it plain and not sprinkle.use your ideas.
