Here is a healthy, low fat "booster" drink for the am. From the Kraft Family once again.

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender, cover.
  2. Blend n high for 30 seconds till blended.
  3. Pour into large glass and serve.

This is realy good and quite filling too. I also threw in 1/2 a small banana:) Very good smoothie!
