This is a slightly tweaked version of a previous smoothie recipe I posted.
- 1 cup 2% buttermilk (2% fat)
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 3 cups frozen strawberries, slightly thawed
- 6 teaspoons Sweet 'n Low
- Place all ingredients in a blender & process until smooth, 1 or 2 minutes.
- Pour into chilled glasses & serve.
Sorry this just wasn't for me. I think it is the buttermilk, maybe with regular or cream next time. Thank you though!
