A nutritious non-dairy fruit smoothie children love! Add 1 tsp. liquid omega 3 supplement (strawberry flavor, Children's DHA by Nordic Naturals)to make a super easy way to get those omega 3's in your picky eaters.
- 1 cup soymilk
- 4 large frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon vanilla powdered soy protein concentrate
- 1⁄2 teaspoon honey, if needed to taste
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve in chilled or frosted glass with fresh strawberry garnish (optional).
