These shakes can be a fast snack or lunch. You can change the type of fruit as well such as raspberries, blackberries, blueberries or chunks of pineapple and banana instead.

  1. In blender, combine the first five ingredients; cover and process mixture until smooth and thickened.
  2. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with whole strawberries.
  3. Serve immediately.

This is a wonderful smoothie Lainey. I used some frozen fruit cock-tail and also added one frozen banana to the mix of plain yogurt, milk, ice and honey. I also added two scoops of frozen vanilla yogurt to add a bit more sweetness. Good and thick. Any type of fruit would work well with this. I would suggest at least one be frozen if you want a thick type drink. Great taste~! Made for MarketTag~
