Excellent recipe! Easy to put together, and I followed the recipe exactly as written. I made a batch for holiday gifts, and let my husband try the "test" loaf. He ate the whole loaf in less than a day!!! And my friends who received this as a gift raved about it. I'm putting a big smiley face by this one in my recipe box - easy to make and tasty, too. I chose this recipe over the other strawberry breads because of the sour cream. This bread is amazingly moist, but still rose really high! Usually my breads turn out too flat. I baked at a lower temp. for a longer time and topped with a cream cheese strawberry glaze. This is the recipe for strawberry bread that I will use from now on. Thank you Mom of Five.
