This recipe comes from Better Homes and Gardens. I have not tried it yet, however it sounds delicious!

- 118.29 ml plain yogurt
- 2 envelope vanilla instant breakfast drink mix
- 29.58 ml honey
- In blender, combine strawberries, milk, yogurt, breakfast drink mix and honey.
- Put cover on blender, and blend until almost smooth, stopping the blender and stirring as necessary.
- Pour into 3 or 4 8oz.
- Serve immediately.
This is good - we'll do this one again. We're always looking for ways to get calcium into my diet since I can't stand milk. This is a good way to do it. I will note that we found we preferred it with vanilla yogurt instead of plain and 3 pkgs of Splenda instead of honey.
very good it's almost like a strawberry milkshake!
MMMMMMMMM! I just made this for me and my mother, (she's not feeling well today) and she said she felt better after she had it! I used all the same ingredients except the vanilla instant breakfast, because I didn't have any, I substituted chocolate and it turned out great! and it was nice to see that it is really good for you too! Very easy to make for a nice breakfast, I might try it with some other flavors someday.
