Super fast breakfast on the go! You can also add a scoop of soy protein powder. You can also substitute 1/2 cup strawberry sorbet or 1 cup of frozen mango for the pineapple. Cow's milk can be added instead of soy.

Directions

  1. Throw all the ingredients into the blender and mix until smooth!
