I know there are many people out there that like tofu, so I thought I'd add this recipe. Got to promote soybeans. ;-)
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, trimmed and halved (about 1 qt)
- 1 ripe banana, cut into pieces
- 1 cup ice cube
- 1 cup silken tofu
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Yummy! I used plain nonfat yogurt instead of tofu and it turned out great!
