A recipe from my SIL, Rachel, I haven't tried yet but it looks great!
- 1 large banana (cut in half)
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 3⁄4 cup orange juice or 3⁄4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 (8 ounce) carton low-fat vanilla yogurt
- Blend and enjoy!
I think this will be my go-to smoothie recipe. I usually have these ingredients on hand! The flavor and consistency are perfect. This smoothie is neither too thick nor too thin...it's just right! Great combination. Thanks for posting! ~Made for Spring 2010 PAC~
