Strawberry Banana Shake

I found this recipe on free-gourmet-recipes.com, and it's a great way to use up those brown bananas. I'll post it exactly as listed, but I used skim milk and regular vanilla bean ice cream instead. I halved the recipe because this serves 9. Very simple and yummy!

Ingredients:

Servings: 9

• 20 ounces frozen strawberries , slightly thawed
• 4 bananas , medium sliced
• 2 cups half-and-half , fat-free
• 4 cups low-fat vanilla ice cream , slightly softened

Directions:

1. In a food processor, combine strawberries, half and half, and bananas.
2. Cover and process until well blended.
3. Add ice cream a cup at a time. Cover and process until smooth and well blended.
