  1. Freeze the fruit overnight. This makes it really nice and thick. Remove skin from peach.
  2. Blend.
  3. May require constant stirring depending on how good your blender is. Add a bit of cold water if your blender just isn't cutting it.

Very tasty, but I had to completely change the amount of cream to get a smoothie that was actually liquid instead of solid! I didn't use a peach, just the bananas, strawberries, and raspberries. I originally added 1/4 c of cream, and It was like I had ice cream in my blender. I ended up having to use about a cup of cream!
