A very easy smoothie to quench your desire for something sweet, yet healthy.
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat milk
- 1 cup fruit juice (I like using "Berry" or "Punch" flavored Juicy Juice)
- 1⁄2 banana
- 4 -5 frozen strawberries (sliced)

- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
- Using frozen strawberries eliminates the need to add ice. However, if you don't have time to freeze the berries, add an ice cube or two to make it colder. Don't add too much ice or the smoothie will be watery.
