- In a blender, blend together the yogurt, banana, and milk. I suggest that you put half of the banana first, then half of the yogurt, the other half of the banana, the rest of the yogurt, and then the milk.
- After blending, drop in most of the Buncha Crunch's (leaving a bit for the top after) and blend again.
- Garnish the shake with then remaining Buncha Crunch's.
- Serve, Sip, and Smile [TM].
