This is from Southern Living. They recommended a salad of Romaine lettuce, chicken, fresh strawberries, navel oranges, and red onion
- 1 1⁄2 cups strawberry preserves
- 1⁄4 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender.
- Pulse 5-6 times until smooth.
