Food & Family Fall 2005 issue. Use Sugar Free jello to make this Diabetic Friendly. So many different flavors you could use to make this!
- Stir gelatin into applesauce.
- Serve immediately.
- Note: Don't try to refrigerate this as it will set up. But then there is nothing wrong with that either.
I needed something to round out my dinner so I searched for "apple" and "less then 15 minutes" and came across this little gem! The 5 stars are honestly from my children who licked the bowl clean and asked for more for breakfast! (For us adults it was like a 4. A little too sweet.) I used sugar free strawberry-kiwi and the kids gobbled it up. I want to see what happens when it sets up a bit to determine if I can put it in school lunches. Thanks for a keeper!
