I made this up after trying a dessert my Aunt Linda made similar to this using Heathbars. This makes a lighter dessert perfect for those dieting or diabetic.
- 1 angel food cake
- 1 bag frozen unsweetened strawberries (thawed)
- 1 container fat-free cool whip (thawed)
- Tear Angel Food Cake into bite size pieces.
- Mix Strawberries with cake.
- Stir in CoolWhip.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or overnite.
