This recipe is from "Light Take Five" cookbook. Easy and quick dessert dish. This dish will "knock the socks off" anyone.
- 3 ounces strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
- 1 1⁄4 cups boiling water
- 8 ounces whipped topping
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 (10 ounce) angel food cake
- Partially congeal jello, water, and berries.
- Mix in whipped topping.
- Break cake into small pieces and place in a tube cake pan.
- Cover with jello mixture and congeal for 1 hour.
