Other than low-fat coconut milk, made this as written, and it made for a nice refreshing mid-day treat. It had a very nice kick to it too, and very much enjoyed. Made for I recommend tag.
- 2 cups strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 4 ounces coconut milk
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 3⁄4 cup white rum
- 1⁄4 cup grenadine
Directions See How It's Made
- Hull the strawberries and cut them in half. Peel bananas and cut into chunks.
- Put the fruit in a food processor or blender, add in coconut milk and water. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
- Add the rum, grenadine and ice. Blend until smooth and thick.
- Serve immediately, garnish with sliced strawberries if desired.
