A light & refreshing dessert. If a smooth texture is preferred, either puree the frozen mixture in a food processor or freeze in an electric churn. I suggest using Simple Syrup for the sorbet syrup.
- 250 g strawberries
- 1 cup sorbet syrup
- 250 ml clear apple juice
- Wash, drain & hull the strawberries, then puree in a blender the sorbet syrup and apple juice.
- Freeze in a freezer friendly bowl according to your preferred result.
- Scoop into balls & serve.
