Fast and simple but a great tasting long time family recipe. This treat can be prepared ahead of time and served when you are ready.
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon liquid honey
- 1⁄2 ounce of fresh mint, chopped
- 1⁄4 teaspoon lemon, rind of, zested
- fresh strawberry
- Combine all ingredients except the strawberries.
- Refrigerate until you are ready.
- Use small bowls for dipping.
- Excellent light dessert.
