- Greek yogurt or other plain yogurt
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, stemmed
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1⁄2 cup pistachios, unsalted, roasted, coarsely chopped
directions
- Divide yogurt and strawberries among 4 bowls. Drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with pistachios - How much easier can it be than this!

Wow this was amazing. I did some additions to the recipe as I had an apple that needed to be used. I peeled & sliced 1 apple thinly and cooked it in a knob of margarine, some honey & some cinnamon. Once the apple softened I added the sliced strawberries and spooned everything on the yoghurt. I added walnuts instead of pistachios as I didn't have any. This really tasted divine. Thanks for posting will make again.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
