Rum yum rum yum rummmmmmmmmm!
- 1 lb strawberry, tops removed and halved
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons dark rum
- Whisk together the sour cream, sugar and rum.
- Mix in the strawberries.
- Cover and refrigerate until needed.
I halved this recipe and substituted the sour cream with low-fat plain yogurt. My brother and me enjoyed this this afternoon after lunch! My brother suggested to pour this as a sauce over chilled vanilla ice-cream and then have it. Thank You for sharing the recipe.
