From a recipe card given out by The Food Emporium.
- 2 pints strawberries, hulled, halved
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1⁄4 lb mascarpone cheese
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- Marinate berries in the orange juice for 3o minutes.
- Soften cheese, beat in sugar and cream.
- Place berries in individual dishes and top with a dollop of the cream mixture.
