Strawberries With Cream Sauce

"I'm always looking for healthy recipes that my granddaughter will actually eat. It doesn't matter how healthy it is if they won't eat it. She loves this recipe and has no clue that she's eating someting good for her."

ingredients

• 2 cups cottage cheese
• 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 teaspoons honey
• 3 cups strawberries, washed, hulled and halved

directions

1. Process cottage cheese, vanilla, and honey in a food processor 1-2 minutes, or until very smooth. Serve sauce over strawberries.
