This was so good Charlotte. I can still taste it. Great flavor and textures, great depth, light and refreshing. I used Aceto Balsamico Di Modena Alla Frgola Balsamic Vinegar (Balsamic Vinegar with Strawberries) it was just perfect with the fresh berries. I will be enjoying this again soon. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Made for ZWT7 (Witchin Kitchen)

My parents kindly brought back some strawberries today from their visit to the Farmers' Market. I made this for a light dessert that everyone enjoyed. Thanks.

Lovely light dessert. I used an 18 year old vanilla balsamic in lieu of the Federzoni. Perfection!

Its a bit early here for wild berries so I used larger ones and cut then up. WOW ~ what a lovely dessert. Thank you for what may be my new favorite way of serving strawberries!

I have made strawberries and balsamic before but I thought I would try them with my new bottle of Raspberry Balsamic of Modena. Very good! I made up some White Wine Mascarpone to go on top and it was wowie! Simple and elegant...I will have to serve this as an a dessert at some future dinner party. Made for ZWT4 Italy.

I love strawberries with balsamic. I had to cut my strawberries in smaller pieces because they were enormous and ate them out of the bowl with a spoon! I think next time I will add the sugar in the beginning instead of waiting to sprinkle at the end because the sugar gave it a bit of a grainy texture. This recipe includes a nice amount of balsamic- YUM. Made for ZWT 4 by a Jefe de la Cocina!

I was all prepared to review this and say 'but I had to use normal basic balsamic' but when I went to make it I looked at my bottle and amazingly it actually was Modena Monari Federzoni though I don't think it cost as much as yours did. Anyway, this tasted great and I even used Splenda instead of sugar and it still worked. Made for ZWT4.
