This was so good Charlotte. I can still taste it. Great flavor and textures, great depth, light and refreshing. I used Aceto Balsamico Di Modena Alla Frgola Balsamic Vinegar (Balsamic Vinegar with Strawberries) it was just perfect with the fresh berries. I will be enjoying this again soon. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Made for ZWT7 (Witchin Kitchen)

I have made strawberries and balsamic before but I thought I would try them with my new bottle of Raspberry Balsamic of Modena. Very good! I made up some Recipe #222097 to go on top and it was wowie! Simple and elegant...I will have to serve this as an a dessert at some future dinner party. Made for ZWT4 Italy.
