  1. Sweeten strawberries with sugar to taste; chill.
  2. When ready to serve, whip softened ice cream slightly and fold in whipped cream.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
  4. Spoon strawberries into chilled sherbet glasses, and top with whipped cream mixture.
  5. Yield: 10-12 servings.
