Nine days out of ten, I enjoy some fairly healthy breakfasts like oatmeal, yogurt with fruit or high fiber cereal with soymilk. But that tenth day comes and I want something a little more indulgent like a bagel with cream cheese. This spread is a compromise which lets me splurge without abandoning my low-fat lifestyle. Treat this as both a recipe and a concept. Use it as is, skip the fruit or substitute your favorite cream cheese flavor like sun-dried tomatoes or olives (taking into consideration, those will change the points values). (1 WW Point per serving on Flex or Core)

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mini chopper or small food processor until smooth.
  2. Chill for at least an hour or overnight for firmer texture or you can easily serve as is.
