Great recipe. Didn't change a thing. Delicious. To clean any pan with food stuck to it, put hot water in it with dishwasher detergent(not regular dish soap), let it soak for a while. Comes clean as a whistle without scrubbing.

I am not a big fan of corned beef, but I made this for my BH, and HAD to try just a little bit. Well, turned out to be a BIG bit!(I LOVED the burnt stuff!!) Very, very tasty. Didn't have too much trouble with the pan, I just let it soak in hot dishwater for a while, then everything washed right off. Thank you! ~Manda
