Use your favorite caramel sauce.
- 4 1⁄2 cups milk
- 4 (1 5/8 ounce) milk chocolate candy bars, broken in to pieces
- 1⁄4 cup caramel, ice cream sauce
- whipped cream (optional) or mini marshmallows (optional)
- Combine milk, chocolate and caramel in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat until chocolate is melted and milk is hot, but not boiling.
- Whisk well and pour into 4 mugs. Top with whipped cream or mini marshmallows, if desired.
