Stove Top Stuffing

• Yields: 8 cups

ingredients

• 1 (2 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
• 1 cup water
• 3 stalks diced celery
• 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
• 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
• 8 cups breadcrumbs

directions

1. Simmer together water, soup mix, celery, poultry seasoning and butter for 5 minutes.
2. Remove from stove.
3. Stir in the bread crumbs.
4. Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.
