Stove-Top Smoker One Pot Meal -- Cajun Pork Chops

READY IN: 45mins
Recipe by Galley Wench

I developed this recipe to use with my Cameron Stove-Top Smoker. It's QET -- Quick, Easy, Tasty and HEALTHY! You can use just about any combination of vegetables. To vary the flavor try different types of wood chips, i.e. hickory, cherry, etc. This is the type of smoker I have and I love it! http://www.cameronscookware.com/Camerons%20Lil%20Smokey.aspx

This recipe was great - thanks so much for posting! We didn't have the right kind of chips but hickory worked just fine. We also used thicker porkchops, as we had them on hand, and therefore had to cook a little longer. We will probably try with regular size next time to enhance the great flavor of the marinade. My husband and I both enjoyed and will definitely be making again :)
