You made our Sunday dinner very special with your delicious recipe. I added the 6 small potatoes, 2 onions, 4 carrots, and 1 pound of mushrooms (sliced with an egg slicer) for the last hour of cooking. Instead of stove top cooking I baked it in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, checking it for liquid occasionally. A perfect one-pot meal. I served it with a green salad and my apple crisp Apple Crisp for dessert. Thanks for posting.
I used beef pot roast meat with delicious results. I also added mushrooms, carrots, onions and peas. I really liked the seasonings for this recipe; great flavor and an easy one-pot meal! My family loved it, too, I will definitely make this again!
