I have also used this recipe for years. My husband calls it a "Do Over"!
This is one of our favorite recipes. I've been making this courtesty of the stove top stuffing box for several years now. I'm happy to see it on recipezaar. :)
Very quick and easy, My family loved it. (I cooked my vegies on the side)
I have this same recipe but the directions differ just slightly: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package; set aside. 2. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream and vegetables in a 13x9 inch baking dish; top with the stuffing. 3. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Makes 6 servings.
This is one our family's favorites...even my kids like it. I do use boneless skinless chicken thigh cutlets instead of breasts, though. Thanks for posting!
This was a very quick, easy recipe to make, but not very flavorful. I think if I chose to make it again, I would add some additional spices, or maybe marinate the chicken before baking.
