Absolutely delish! Munching this warm from the oven with some butter and I love it. I used a Sam Adams chocolate bock rather than stout, and left the bread plain, with no add-ins. Loses a star in that this needed significantly more than 45 minutes in my convection oven. It's still a bit doughy in the middle, but really, that's a minor thing for me. I'll just know to increase the bake time to about an hour to be done. Thanks so much for sharing a great recipe. Can't wait to try this the next time we have Guinness on hand, but the rich flavor the bock gave this is heavenly.
