  1. In large wok or skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over high heat until almost smoking.
  2. Add carrots, bell pepper and onion.
  3. Season with lemon pepper and stir-fry until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.
  4. Remove vegetables to platter.
  5. Heat 1 tbsp.
  6. oil in wok.
  7. Add tomato, broccoli, asparagus and garlic.
  8. Season with lemon pepper and stir-fry until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.
  9. Remove vegetables to platter.
  10. Heat 1 tbsp.
  11. oil in wok.
  12. Add mushrooms and season with lemon pepper.
  13. Stir-fry until tender, about 2 minutes.
  14. Remove mushrooms to platter.
  15. Sprinkle vegetables with sesame seeds and serve with pita bread.

I am always on the look-out for a good stir-fry recipe. This was most excellent. We don't have yellow tomatoes down here so just used the regular red. I did like Bergy and used lemon juice and regular pepper instead of lemom pepper seasoning. I wrapped the veggies up in a soft tortilla. Totally delish. Thanks Dancer^.

Love stir fried veggies and your recipe did not let me down Dancer! I did not use lemon pepper, I used regular pepper and a few drops of fresh lemon juice. I added a small sliced zucchini and served the dish as my main veggies without the pita Thanks Dancer

I have been making a similar dish for a while but never thought of doing it in the stages you suggest. As a result some of the veggies were overcooked. Thanks for a great method, Dancer!
