I love stir fries but I don't ususally love store bought stir fry sauces. Here is a quick and easy stir fry sauce you can make yourself.
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice or 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 teaspoons ginger, fresh, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil, dark
- Whisk all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.
- It will keep for 1 week, covered, in the refrigerator.
