QUICK AND EASY! The flavor of a blend of olive oil and butter sends this vegetable to the top of the scale! A great vegetable recipe which goes well with any entree.

  1. Cut yellow squash into thin slices.
  2. In a large skillet combine olive oil and butter. Saute squash over low heat until tender. Before removing from heat add garlic powder and salt.
  3. Sprinkle with fresh parmesan cheese.
  4. Enjoy!

Very nice way to have yellow squash. This is different than how I usually do these, now I have a variety!

We enjoyed this as much as we could considering none of us like yellow squash. I think next time I will use more garlic powder.
