A friend made this wonderful side dish.

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat saute chicken breast using 1 tablespoon oil; remove chicken.
  2. Fry garlic, celery, onion and cabbage until soft.
  3. Remove and scramble 2 eggsed.
  4. Add sauteed chicken breast and vegetables to scrambled eggs; sprinkle seasoning over these ingredients and add the cup water.
  5. Stir mixture.
  6. Add the cooked rice.
  7. Mix well.
  8. You can use soy sauce to suit your taste.
