  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the shrimp and stir fry quickly until beginning to turn pink, about 1-2 minutes. Toss in butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook, stirring constantly for another 3-4 minutes. Garnish with lemon and serve.
