i doubled this recipe and used sake, but i only used 1 tsp of sugar. it was quick, easy, and delicious. my youngest who told me she hated lemon chicken had seconds! this is a keeper!

This was amazing. I don't own a wok, but made it in a large frying pan and it turned out great. Since I am on the Atkins diet, I made a few changes. I just didn't use the corn flour. I really didn't mind that the sauce didn't thicken and the flavors were great. I hated to share it with my family!
